We are specialised in the development and production of dilatant fluids for impact protection, based on the principle of non-Newtonian fluids, with Polyanswer, Patented Technology. We produce a fluid that hardens almost immediately upon impact. To obtain our fluid we use recyclable materials that give excellent impact properties (up to 80% of impact absorption), making products lighter, more flexible, more comfortable, ergonomic, safe, customisable and easy to use.
Our technology is based on the production of a non-Newtonian fluid (shear-thickening fluid) produced with recyclable materials. The material confers excellent properties to the products that are impacted at high speeds. The product is malleable and flexible, but its viscosity increases when a force is applied, so the fluid behaves like a solid, returning to its original flexible state after impact. Our product is the future of high-impact technology.

DILATANT FLUID & COMPOUNDED SYSTEMS

Raw material – Dilatant Fluid
This is the base patented product for systems development. It can be used as raw for certain applications or additivated in various materials and formulations such as foams and thermoplastics.
DEC – Dilatant Elastomeric Compound
Liquid System used in screen printing machines for the production of flexible protections for sports and other technical parts for impact protection.
DFC – Dilatant Foam Compound
Polyurethane system projected for the RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding) process for technical foam production. This product combines impact energy absorption properties with flexibility.

Helmets Protectors – HP Head protector

The properties of this dilatant material depend on the intensity of the applied force.
